The Downtown Crawlers are back this year with the only bar crawl that will fill your belly with an all you can eat and drink Irish infused brunch! We can’t stress enough how excited we are about this. There’s no better bang for your buck than this brunch crawl. Plus after you gorge on delicious brunch and unlimited mimosas at Park & Rec TPA, the crawlers will head to The Patio, Bar Howard, and finish up at The Franklin Manor. Then after you’re done at Franklin Manor, you can walk over to the 2020 Mayor’s River O’Green Fest at Curtis Hixon Park, where you’ll be welcomed with one last free beer (if you show your crawl wristband). If you’re not already sold, check out the rest of the event details here.

If you aren’t headed to Chicago this St Patrick’s Day, then Curtis Hixon Park is the next best thing. The Irish-themed party is centered around the Hillsborough River, which will be transformed into a bright shade of green for the occasion. The river provides a perfect backdrop to the celebration that includes live entertainment, games, kids activities, food trucks, and of course, plenty of beer! The river turns green at 11 am, so if you’re not on the brunch crawl, then be sure to be at the river when it turns green!

If you’re in the mood for something totally different to do with your friends or family after the Mayor’s River O’Green Fest, then this is for you. Even if you aren’t into drinking or going out, then this is for you too. This Scavenger Hunt is set up so that anybody can enjoy and have a chance at winning the awesome Grand Prizes. Who wouldn’t want some free drinks, games, merch, and the chance to win one of several different Florida Staycations? Also, this year they’re introducing a “race” division with a shorter time limit to make the scavenger hunt more competitive. You can get your tickets online, or at the Mayor’s River O’Green Fest where they’ll be selling them, and also where the scavenger hunt kickoff will be.

Shamrocks & Shenanigans at the Bay Area Renaissance Festival

Hear us out on this one. We know some people look at Renaissance Festivals like a gathering place for weird theater kids, but the Bay Area Ren Fest has something for everyone. Believe us when we say that watching two knights joust on horseback is actually pretty awesome. Also, we can’t talk about the festival without mentioning their food. While some things can be a bit pricey, you still are going to want to try their favorites like scotch eggs and turkey legs. Plus their beer and mead are always enjoyable as well. For St. Paddy’s weekend, you can enjoy some extra fun with events like the Beer Olympics and Irish dancers. Make sure to check it out on Saturday or Sunday!

3rd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Bar Crawl with Party Bus

There aren’t nearly as many things going on on St. Paddy’s Day as there are St. Paddy’s weekend naturally, but that’s okay because there’s only one thing that we’ve got our eye on for St. Paddy’s Day. The Downtown Crawlers are hosting a classic Irish themed bar crawl starting at 6pm at American Social. The party busses will take crawlers to District Tavern, Maloney’s Local Irish Pub, and Gen X Tavern. As always, there will be plenty of free shots, beers to shotgun, and more Irish themed fun! So grab your green gear, call off from work on Wednesday, and lets party like the Irish this St. Paddy’s Day!
